The NEX Building Group $30,000 Wilson Homes Grant runs from 10:00am 18 August 2025 (AEST) to March 31st, 2026, at 5:00pm (AEST) or at any earlier time if withdrawn by NEX Building Group (the Promotion Period). The offer includes one $30,000 grant that will be deducted from the final contract price of Wilson Homes, Designer, NextGen, Barn House and Discovery range of designs. To be eligible for the NEX Building Group $30,000 Wilson Home Grant, a customer must meet the following terms and conditions:
- i. be new clients of Wilson Homes and;
ii. be on the December 2025 pricelist and;
iii . pay a deposit within fourteen (14) days of the Quote being issued - Existing clients currently in the Wilson Homes pre construction process are not eligible for this promotion.
- Complete a Wilson Home Grant application form in full before, at the time of or within 14 days of their quotation request;
- Not breach any essential terms of the contract for the duration of the contract. This promotion can be used in addition to the Wilson Homes “Make It Yours” promotion only but cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by Wilson Homes. The NEX Building Group $30,000 Wilson Home Grant cannot be deducted from the land price in any house and land package.
