Terms and Conditions Apply. The Wilson Homes Head Start Campaign runs from 29 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, or earlier if withdrawn. It is available to new customers who request a quote on a Wilson Homes house design and pay a non‑refundable $3,000 acceptance fee. The offer applies to the Discovery, Designer, NextGen and Barn House ranges and excludes House and Land packages, Complete by Wilson Homes and NOW by Wilson Homes. Eligibility for the Tasmanian Government First Home Owner Grant is available at sro.tas.gov.au/first-home-owner/eligibility, and securing government grants is the responsibility of the homeowner.

This offer varies by home range. Discovery Range builds will receive Haier kitchen and laundry appliances as part of their inclusions, while Designer, NextGen and Barn House Range builds will receive Fisher & Paykel kitchen and laundry appliances. Additional package options, including ducted air, solar systems and luxury bathroom upgrades, remain the same across ranges. Appliance specifications for each package is found in the campaign brochure. Wilson Homes reserves the right to change inclusions throughout the promotion period based on supplier availability. 

The NEX Building Group $30,000 Wilson Homes Grant is applied as a $30,000 deduction from the final contract price on eligible Wilson Homes designs across the Designer, NextGen, Barn House and Discovery ranges. To be eligible for the NEX Building Group $30,000 Wilson Home Grant, a customer must meet the following terms and conditions:
1.
i. be new clients of Wilson Homes and;
ii. be on the December 2025 pricelist and;
iii . pay a deposit within fourteen (14) days of the Quote being issued
2. Existing clients currently in the Wilson Homes pre construction process are not eligible for this promotion.
3. Complete a Wilson Home Grant application form in full before, at the time of or within 14 days of their quotation request;
4. Not breach any essential terms of the contract for the duration of the contract. This promotion can be used as part of the Wilson Homes “Head Start” promotion only but cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by Wilson Homes. The NEX Building Group $30,000 Wilson Home Grant cannot be deducted from the land price in any house and land package. The NEX Building Group $30,000 New Home Grant offer is not transferable or
