As part of the NEX Building Group we tap into over 25 years of award-winning home building experience. Wilson Homes takes its responsibilities under the Privacy Act 1988 seriously and this policy details how we collect and use information about you.
Photographs & Images on this website may depict fixtures & features not supplied by Wilson Homes such as decking, internal & external fireplaces, driveways, fencing, window & household furnishings, planter boxes, retaining walls, water features, swimming pools, pool decks and fences, pergolas, outdoor kitchens & barbecues, screens & decorative landscaping. Our new home published prices do not include the supply of any of these items. Actual designs and finishes may vary from those shown. Home and land packages are subject to availability. Wilson Homes has permission of the owner of the land to advertise the land as part of the price specified. The land price does not include transfer duty, settlement costs or any other fees or disbursements associated with the settlement of the land. Prices may vary and be subject to change once all siteworks plans are completed and the current market value of the land and other relevant costs are taken into consideration. Wilson Homes and the owner of the land reserve the right to change their prices without notice.
$55,000 Your Way Promotion
The Wilson Homes $55,000 Your Way offer (Select 12 Stars to Build your Inclusions Package) runs from 17 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 unless withdrawn earlier (the “Promotion Period”). The offer applies to all new home proposals issued within the Promotion Period on Discovery, Designer, Next Gen, Barn designs and the House portion of House & Land packages for applicable ranges. The recommended RRP value of the offer is specific to the house type and inclusion and upgrade options selected. To be eligible for the offer, a proposal must be requested within the Promotional Period, an acceptance fee paid within 14 days and a Building Agreement signed within 90 days of the proposal issue date. Specific product inclusions may change at the sole discretion of Wilson Homes. This offer is limited to one per building contract, is not transferable, redeemable for cash or credit. It is not available to customers who have previously paid an acceptance fee or entered into a building agreement. Images and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.

**Solar Package: Includes 9 x Jinko 440W N-type mono solar panels, providing a total system size of 3.96kW. The advertised kW shows the maximum power rating of a single panel by the total number of panels based on standard test conditions, which are generate in perfect laboratory conditions and may not reflect experienced power output or capacity operation.
** Insulation Package: The insulation upgrade pack includes:
• R6.0 ceiling insulation in lieu of standard R4.1 ceiling insulation
• R2.5 wall insulation in lieu of the standard R2.0 wall insulation

Your 30 Year Structural Guarantee^
^ We take the time and make the effort to create a beautiful home for you that is built to last and last and last, and we guarantee it structurally for 30 years.
This means that the foundation systems, concrete or strip footings, load bearing brick work, structural timbers and steel in wall or roof framing are all covered for 30 years on any Wilson Home that reaches practical completion after 21st October 2019. This structural guarantee is specific to the initial purchaser and not transferable to future owners of the home.
Wilson Homes guarantees to the owner that it will rectify at no cost to the owner any structural failure of a steel frame, timber frame, concrete slab or footing erected in accordance with the contract, if a claim for that failure is made within 30 years from the date of practical completion of the works. Structural failure is damage classified as category 3 or higher as defined in Australian Standard 2870. The owner acknowledges that this extended structural guarantee may be voided, at the discretion of the builder, if the structural failure is the result of damage caused by storm, fire, flooding, subsequent building works, trees, retaining walls or site conditions or events outside of the control of the builder including latent conditions, or where loss or damage arises due to a failure by the owner to ensure site maintenance, termite treatments or site drainage requirements, including in accordance with advice from the builder at handover and the CSIRO guide to footing and maintenance. For the avoidance of doubt this structural guarantee does not cover items of a non-structural nature such as marks, scratches, chips to cupboards, doors, benchtops, basins, baths, showers, appliances, floor and wall tiles including cracking in plasterwork.
