7 Units | Disability Housing | Completed April 2025
Delivered across two titles, this Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) development included subdivision, design, approvals and construction of seven purpose-built dwellings. The homes were designed to meet Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support SDA standards, with customised specifications tailored to client and resident needs.
The project included all associated site works, including landscaping, fencing, driveways, drainage and essential services. Delivered in partnership with the Eskleigh Foundation, this development provides high-quality, inclusive housing designed to support residents and foster a strong sense of community.
17 Unit Development | Community Housing | Completed December 2024
This community housing development comprised 17 dwellings, including two double-storey units and 13 single-storey units. Despite the challenges of a sloping and rocky site, the project was successfully delivered on time and to a high standard through careful planning and project management.
Designed to provide quality, affordable housing, the development showcases Wilson Multi's ability to deliver complex multi-residential projects with exceptional workmanship, attention to detail and strong client outcomes.
2 Unit Townhouse Development | Private Investor | Completed July 2023
Delivered for a private investor, this townhouse project included documentation, approvals and construction of two architecturally designed homes tailored to the client's investment objectives and site requirements. Working from a client-supplied concept, our team managed the project from planning through to completion.
