From selecting the right design through to receiving the keys to your new home, our experienced team will guide you every step of the way. With a clear 10-step process, fixed-price contracts and expert support throughout, you can build with confidence.
Explore the steps below to see how we bring your new Wilson Home to life.
Step 1: Choose Your Home Design
Your journey begins with finding the home design that's right for you. Whether you're a first home buyer, growing family or downsizer, our team will help you explore floorplans, facades and design options to find a home that suits your lifestyle, budget and block.
Step 2: Personalise Your Home
Once you've chosen your design, it's time to make it your own. Working with our Interior Designers in the MyChoice Design Studio, you'll select colours, finishes, fixtures and fittings that reflect your style and bring your vision to life.
Step 3: Finalise Your Building Agreement
Your Consolidated Proposal brings together all costs associated with your new home, including construction, site requirements, permits and any approved variations.
Your Building & Design Consultant will review the proposal with you in detail, providing complete transparency before moving to the next step.
Step 4: Documentation & Approvals
Our team will prepare the necessary documentation and manage approvals required for construction. During this stage, we'll finalise the details of your project and work towards securing authority to commence construction.
Step 5: Construction Commences
Now the excitement really begins. Your dedicated Site Supervisor will oversee the construction of your new home and keep you informed throughout the journey as your dream home starts becoming a reality.
Step 6: Base Stage
The foundation of your new home is prepared and the slab is poured. This important milestone marks the beginning of physical construction and lays the groundwork for everything that follows.
Step 7: Frame Stage
Your home's framework is installed, giving shape to the rooms and spaces you've chosen. This is often one of the most exciting stages, as you can begin to see your floorplan come to life.
Step 8: Roofing, Brickwork & Cladding Stage
Your new home continues to take shape as roofing, brickwork and external cladding are installed. Windows and external doors are also fitted, helping bring the overall design to life and giving you a clearer picture of the finished result.
This exciting stage showcases your home's unique character and marks another significant milestone towards completion.
Step 9. Internal Fit-Out
Attention turns to the interior as plaster, cabinetry, internal doors, skirting and other key features are installed. With every detail coming together, your home starts to feel truly yours.
Step 10: Completion & Handover
Following final quality inspections and finishing touches, it's time for the moment you've been waiting for. We'll hand over the keys to your new Wilson Home and welcome you into the next chapter of your life.
