The Wilson Homes $55,000 Your Way offer (Select 12 Stars to Build your Inclusions Package) runs from 17 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 unless withdrawn earlier (the “Promotion Period”). The offer applies to all new home proposals issued within the Promotion Period on Discovery, Designer, Next Gen, Barn designs and the House portion of House & Land packages for applicable ranges. The recommended RRP value of the offer is specific to the house type and inclusion and upgrade options selected.  To be eligible for the offer, a proposal must be requested within the Promotional Period, an acceptance fee paid within 14 days and a Building Agreement signed within 90 days of the proposal issue date. Specific product inclusions may change at the sole discretion of Wilson Homes.  This offer is limited to one per building contract, is not transferable, redeemable for cash or credit. It is not available to customers who have previously paid an acceptance fee or entered into a building agreement. Images and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.

****Bathroom Package: Includes:
•    One (1) frameless shower screen to the main bathroom
•    Ceiling-height tiling (up to 2700mm) (1) main bathroom. If changes are made to standard floor plans additional costs may apply.

***2700mm High Ceilings Package Includes:
•    2700mm ceiling height to the lower floor of double-storey designs (upper floor remains standard 2400mm)
•    2340mm high internal doors to lower floor only (upper floor standard 2040mm)

**$10,000 MyChoice Studio Voucher: The $10,000 MyChoice Studio Voucher will be shown as a credit in the Proposal, Consolidated Proposal and Scope of Works. The voucher can only be applied to upgrade selections made in the MyChoice Studio as part of the colour selection process for the home construction and cannot be applied to any other costs under the building agreement. The voucher is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for credit.

**Solar Package: Includes Jinko 440W N-type mono solar panels, providing a total system size of 4.2kW. The advertised kW shows the maximum power rating of a single panel by the total number of panels based on standard test conditions, which are generate in perfect laboratory conditions and may not reflect experienced power output or capacity operation.

** Insulation Package: The insulation upgrade pack includes:
•    R6.0 ceiling insulation in lieu of standard R4.1 ceiling insulation
•    R2.5 wall insulation in lieu of the standard R2.0 wall insulation

*Sliding Robes Package: Melamine sliding robe doors replacing standard swing doors to nominated locations as per standard plans. If changes are made to standard floor plans additional costs may apply. (Not applicable to Discovery Range, sliding robes are included in Standard Inclusions)

*Lighting Packages: LED Lighting Package: Supply and install of 25 LED downlights, to internal locations selected as part of the MyChoice Electrical Selections appointment.

*EV Charger Package: An Electric Vehicle (EV) charger will be installed in the garage during construction. If no garage included in your design, EV charger will be installed onto the front of the home.
