Take advantage of the recent Tasmanian Government’s extension of the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG). If you’re a first home buyer, buying or building a new home, you may qualify for a $30,000 grant.
The grant of $30,000 can be used to contribute towards the purchase price of your new home, and this grant can be used in conjunction with other schemes. In Tasmania, there is no limit on the purchase price of the property unlike other states.
