Terms and Conditions
The Wilson Homes ‘Get Started Promotion’ is available to eligible customers from 10.00am 1 July 2026, to 5:00pm 30 September 2026 at the discretion of Wilson Homes and MyChoice Home Loans. To be eligible, a customer must meet the below conditions: 1. Accept a tender and pay the acceptance fee within 14 days of tender issue. 2. Be building the home as an owner occupier. 3. Appoint MyChoice Homes Loans as your mortgage broker for a construction loan. 4. Sign a building contract for the construction of a Wilson Homes home within 5 working days of issue (which includes a dedicated a ‘Get Started’ agreement). 5. Pay the remainder of 5% of contract price within 5 working days of the invoice issue, at receipt of statutory approvals. If the conditions above are met and there is no breach of the construction contract by the customer at any time, Wilson Homes will not require payment of any of the progress payments at the stages except the first progress payment until the home has reached practical completion. Additional Terms of the Get Started promotion with Wilson Homes: 1. This offer is not open to investors or companies. 2. This offer does not apply to turn-key or land contracts. 3. This offer is not available to customers building a Dual Occupancy project, or a home design including an attached/ detached granny flat. 4. This offer is not transferable or available with any other Finance promotion from Wilson Homes. 5. This offer is only available once. 6. This offer is available to approved applicants of MyChoice Home Loans only, where the construction loan covers no less than 95% of the Contract Sum with Wilson Homes. 7.
