The Affordable Inclusions package consists of quality laminate kitchen benchtops, dishwasher space, Artusi stainless steel appliances, heat pump and a 12 Year Structural Guarantee.
The Designer Inclusions package incorporates a heat pump, quality laminate kitchen benchtops, Artusi dishwasher and stainless steel appliances and double glazed windows. This level of inclusions provides a high level of fixtures and fittings as well as a 12 Year Structural Guarantee.
The NextGen Standard Aspire Inclusions list features 2400mm high ceilings, Colorbond iron roof and roller door, double and standard glazed windows and Daikin reverse cycle heat pump and finished off with quality 20mm Smartstone kitchen benchtops, ILVE dishwasher and stainless steel appliances and melamine kitchen cupboards. The NextGen range of inclusions provides a superior level of fixtures and fittings as well as a 12 Year Structural Guarantee.
