2020 marks 31 years of operation for us and after a year of surprising challenges, it was lovely to take out three awards at the recent 2020 HIA Tasmanian Housing Awards, plus the 2021 Product Review Award for Home Builders in Tasmania for the second year in a row.
Awards aren’t what we’re about, but when our clients and the Housing Industry Association recognise the quality of our work and the commitment we have to our customers' satisfaction, right across Tasmania, we are pretty chuffed.
Product Review Award - Top Tasmanian Home Builder

HIA Housing Awards 2020
HIA Major Professional Builder
The Tasmanian Major Professional Builder is an award which looks at a company’s operations, product range and quality, principals, management, leadership and culture, and service and satisfaction standards.
We are humbled to have now won this award for the last 11 consecutive years.
To win the Major Professional Builder award is a testament to our team for their efforts for continuous improvement and commitment to innovation, whilst adapting and adopting a range of new initiatives to benefit our customers and overcome the challenges of 2020.
HIA Project Home Awards
Our second award, Project Home of the Year, was won for our beautiful two-storey Bridgetown build in Kingston Beach where the judges commended the “quality finishes and appliances” and the “elegant elevation” of the design which complimented the heritage precinct whilst ensuring the design’s orientation effectively-suited the block and maximised the liveability.
Our final award win was for our Wilson Multi project which won the Specialised Housing Award for a project in Bridgewater. Wilson Multi delivers quality, low and medium density multi-unit housing projects for government, institutional, corporate, and residential developers.
The award judges were impressed with the 24 highly liveable unites we delivered and “scale and variation of the facades” plus noted, “ the build quality fulfilling the increasing demand for superior affordable housing in Tasmania”.
