BEN WILSON – General Manager, Wilson Homes
Ben is a co-owner of Wilson Homes and oversees the total Tasmanian operation. With his hands-on approach to the role and his integral strength in forming business relationships with major Tasmanian developers, Ben is skillfully leading the company to the next generation.
Ben is an Accredited Builder, the current Chairperson of the HIA Membership Service Committee and a member of the HIA Tasmanian Regional Executive Committee.
Ben is continuing the strong family values of professional ethics and quality of product in his leadership as he directs the company into the next phase of growth.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys spending time with his family and a spot of fishing, as well as watching his favorite AFL team, the West Coast Eagles.

STUART WILSON – Co-Founder, Managing Director, Wilson Homes
Co-founder and owner of Wilson Homes, Stuart’s drive and passion for providing Affordable Housing for Tasmanian families has been the inspirational force behind the company’s success.
Stuart is currently the HIA National President and has been appointed to numerous government and private boards, at both state and national levels, as well as representing Australia on several occasions at international conferences.
Wilson Homes is a Totally Tasmanian, family based company with the philosophy of supporting Tasmanian business. It is important that we keep our money in our state to help provide jobs for fellow Tasmanians for generations to come.
Stuart’s interests include motor sports, football and fishing.

SUSAN WILSON – Co-Founder & Development Manager, Wilson Homes
Sue is a co-owner of Wilson Homes and has been a vital part of the company’s success over the past 22 years in business. Sue’s strong financial background and control is the reason Wilson Homes is in the healthy financial position it is today.
As a past HIA Regional Committee Member, Chairperson of HIA Membership Services, Vice Chairperson of the Tasmanian Youth Build Committee, past Board Member of TBCITB, in 2008 she was also awarded Australian HIA Business Partner of the Year, and was a state finalist for Telstra Business Woman of the Year.
Sue’s passion for colour and design is an essential part of decorating Wilson Homes’ display homes and company projects.

ANNA WILSON – Co-Owner, Wilson Homes
Anna, also a co-owner of Wilson Homes, has a background in banking, assisting our Accounts team. Married to Ben, Anna is supportive of company expansion and growth into the Northwest of Tasmania. Born and raised in Burnie, Anna is looking forward to having a branch in her old home town.
Anna loves spending time with her family, playing Hockey for UTAS and follows the Melbourne
Football Club.

EMILIO REALE – Southern General Manager, Wilson Homes
Emilio had 5 years’ previous experience with Wilson Homes from 1994-1999 and has returned to our team after 12 years working in Senior Management roles in Local Government. Some of Emilio’s qualifications include a Master of Arts Degree in Public Policy and Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management and an Advanced Diploma of Business Management. Emilio is a qualified Carpenter and Joiner, and an Accredited Builder. Emilio is passionate about the provision of affordable good quality residential housing and public infrastructure and with his qualifications and experience he is well accomplished to lead the Southern Operations of Wilson Homes into the future. Emilio appreciates fine architecture and enjoys fishing, camping and AFL football with the company of friends and family.

COLIN APPLEYARD – Manager Northwest Operations, Wilson Homes
With 43 years’ experience in the residential and commercial construction industry Colin brings a wealth of knowledge to the team at Wilson Homes.
Colin has been a part of the team for 11 years in various roles, overseeing major projects and construction. Colin was the Project Manager for Wilson Homes’ recent HIA Award Winning $3.3 million “Special Purpose Housing Project” in Bellerive.
When not at work Colin enjoys restoring his much loved Sandman and spending time with his family and 2 golden retrievers.

LYN PAGE – Manager Finance and Accounts, Wilson Homes
Lyn heads the accounts team at Wilson Homes and is an integral part of the day to day operation of the Company.
Her background in banking and finances provides clients with a level of comfort when guiding through the financial stages of construction.
Lyn is an enthusiastic Carlton Football Club supporter and has excelled in athletics. You will often see Lyn running over the Tasman Bridge on her way home from work.

STEVEN YOUNG – Manager Building and Construction, Wilson Homes
With nearly 40 years’ experience in the Building Industry, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to the Building Team. Commencing as an apprentice carpenter Steve has a broad range of experience which he has received from a range of roles in his career including Carpentry & Joinery, Building Inspector at Local Authorities and Building Supervisor. Steve is an Accredited Builder and Designer.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys following the North Melbourne Football Club and Motor Racing (V8 Supercars & Formula One).

BRANT WEBSTER – Manager Estimating and Procurement, Wilson Homes
Brant has had years’ of experience with Wilson Homes in a range of roles, including Site Supervisor, Purchasing Officer and Estimator. Also as Purchasing Manager Brant has the important role of forming and maintaining strong relationships and alliances with fellow Tasmanian companies.
Brant loves a spot of fishing whenever he can and enjoys watching the Carlton Football Club.

ADRIAN BENNETT – Manager Sales & Marketing, Wilson Homes
After a long career in the Building Industry, Adrian manages Wilson Homes Sales and Marketing Division. His experience as an on-site Supervisor together with extensive Sales knowledge makes him the person to contact when looking to build with
Wilson Homes.
Don’t expect the usual “sales person spiel” when talking to Adrian about building your Dream Home; he’s well placed to answer all your building questions!
Surfing and Kayaking with his young son are two of many things you will find Adrian doing in his spare time.

SARA KEAN – Sales & Administration Consultant, Wilson Homes
Sara has 6 years’ experience in Real Estate and has completed a 4 year management scholarship and holds a Diploma in Management (Real Estate). Sara has gained vast experience in customer service and uses this knowledge when interacting with a range of clients and helping them through the process making their dream home become
a reality.
In her spare time Sara enjoys being out in the sunshine, going to the beach and catching up with friends and family. She also enjoys playing squash and walking her dog. Her favourite hobby of all is horse riding.

BELLA QUINN – Management Assistant, Wilson Homes
After spending her whole working career with Wilson Homes Bella has experience in all areas of the Company’s operations.
With a passion for colour and design, Bella is an integral part of decorating Wilson Homes’ display homes and company projects.
Bella’s current role is Management Assistant to Stuart, Sue and Ben Wilson.
Bella loves playing and watching sport, she loves a run around the netball court, watching her favourite AFL team, the Melbourne Demons, and spending quality time with her family.

VERN BUTLER – Concept Designer, Wilson Homes
Vern has a BA in Environmental Design, a Diploma in Building Surveying and is an accredited housing energy-efficiency rating assessor. He also studied post-graduate architecture in London and is in the process of gaining accreditation as a Building Designer – Architectural.
Vern has worked in the UK on commercial design-and-construct projects and with Local Authority architects’ departments on public housing, new-build and refurbishment schemes.
On returning to Tasmania Vern worked with architects and contracted design and documentation services to various government departments and, in the early 1990’s, to Wilson Homes.
During the 2000s Vern worked in Building Surveying but, has returned full time to building design with
Wilson Homes.
He is proud of the ethical core on which the company is based and enjoys the challenge of achieving the best value-for-money for each client while applying the same design and energy-efficiency principles to all projects, from the humblest unit to the most lavish home.
