Dear Ben,

We just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how wonderful the experience of building our home has been with Wilson Homes.

You often hear how stressful the building process is and the range of problems associated with dealing with building comanies and contractors. We think that Wilson Homes has uncovered the formula that makes building a home an exciting and pleasurable experience.

From our first meetings with Di; working through the details with Sara; experiencing your highly skilled contractors on site; dealing with you when we had some initial financial problems; your whole team working to get us in prior to Christmas when you were under no obligation to make that happen; any query or concern quickly and efficiently dealt with; nothing was too big a problem for Wilson Homes.

We must make special mention of Sara. She is an absolute gem for your company and even though I am sure there were issues she had to deal with, her confidence left us with the feeling that everything was always under control.

Thank you for sharing our vision and delivering us our dream home. We have only been in the house for three weeks but it has already become part of our life and we are proud to tell everyone that Wilson Homes helped make that happen.

Dear Ben,

I was told that building a home is one of the most stressful things one can do. I was told that only divorce or death could supersede the stress. I had a dream of owning a home that had been built to my requirements, and was willing to take on the challenge and the consequences.

Some years ago, I looked through a home that had been built by Wilson Homes and was immediately impressed by the honesty and quality that existed in the build. I also toyed with the idea of taking a year off work to build my own home, to meet my exacting requirements, but decided that htis would not be ideal for many reasons.

We had the fortune of visiting one of your diaply homes, the Monaco, in Margate and both my wife and I immediately fell in love with the design and quality of build. We met Di there, and she was most helpful in answering our questions. We returned a week later to meet Bella who again was pleasant, kind, and helpful and so began our relationship which culminated in us deciding to engage Wilson Homes to build for us.

Ben, you have some amazing people and tradies working for Wilson Homes. There has been no stress at all other than my embarrassment in phoning in to do another variation to the original plan. At every stage, employees of Wilson Homes have been most professional, obliging, courteous and helpful, and I commend them for that. I have begun to consider the many faces as almost family and know every one by name.

Also, i is almost uncanny how many of your tradies or their family members have been past patients of mine, and I feel that our home has been built with great love and attention and that will always be very special.

Bev and I thank you, your employees and tradesmen for delivering us a beautiful home and wish you all the best for the future. Please could you bring this to the attention to the many wonderful people involved in our build.
